Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good software, relatively hassle-free Taxes are always hassle. I have fairly complicated returns, but it handles all of the situations well. I find it slightly annoying that I have to redo entire sections to get to the specific form I want, so I'd like the ability to navigate directly to it from the navigation bar on the left - but this is minor and not a huge time loss. Overall, very good and I especially like being able to click "learn more" on everything to learn more about the process when I am so inclined.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from NOT POOR...VERY POOR WHY WOULDN'T YOU TELL THE USER TO REMEMBER THE PIN NUMBER SO WHEN USING A NEW COMPUTER THE NEXT YEAR I COULD AVOID THE NIGHTMARE OF EFILE REJECTION...SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
