Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax was a nightmare in the end Completing my claim was ok, but when it came to submitting the claim, I had nothing but problems. Contacted someone @ TurboTax, and spent over 3 hours on the phone, trying to get my eFile to go through. My federal went thru, but I ended up mailing my state. Then 2 days later I see that I have several emails from TurboTax because "there was a Problem" with my Fed file. I just submitted again today (4/20), not very confident that this is over. With the exception of the help I recieved on 4/18, it's impossible to speak to a human being and get real help. I've used TurboTax for several years, but this is definitely the LAST TIME.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Service I have tried multiple times, for weeks, to e-file my return. It has been rejected every time. Turbotax tells me it's fixed, but still not accepted. Very frustrated and now late filing.
