Rated 2 out of 5 by from Booo! Desktop and online different products I purchase desktop, but have used online before. Intuit and TT has my info on both products, but they do not merge online. I couldn't find my AGI on last year's reurn and TT online can't help. I will only use in future a conpamy's product that is same and merged desktop and online.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best method and least cost to file Federal taxes I used to spend hours and hours for days and days to do this myself, then I began to pay $400-$650 to an accountant (who probably used something like Turbo Tax!). I've used this for several years now and spend much less time and money!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax was a disaster for us We got to the point of paying on a credit card and it kept getting an error. Called TT for help and they had no idea. We searched online and found some workaround to make it work. Also had lots of trouble entering dates on a form and had to spend over an hour on the line with them. Then they charged my credit card 2x. Will not use again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Always easy to use Using Turbotax for years and never had an issue. The program is comprehensive and detailed enough to allow ease of use. Also if you have unique circumstances to cover those issues as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is the best! Turbo Tax has you covered no matter how you need to file your taxes. They have you covered from the simplest filings to the most complicated. Information is provided for each item throughout the return. If you need to ask a tax expert, they will cover you there. Turbo Tax is the only way to go!

Buyers should be careful when entering information, the description on the forms, particularly on stock sales. Why would anyone pay for audit insurance, if the IRS accepts your return and tells you have to pay more, you pay more.
