Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is relatively easy to use I have used TurboTax for a number of years and have always found thew program fairly straight forward and easy to use. This year I started, as usual, on my iPad using the App. Unfortunately, when I got to the end I was unable to use the apple product to pay for the program. I spoke with the "live help expert" and was informed that the App doesn't work well and to use a PC with a browser other than Safari to make the payment. Why would you post an App on the Apple site that doesn't work?

I did have to enlist the help with one of the support people. Her name is Alicia. She was very thorough and patient with me through out the whole process. She made something I was dreading into something very easy and enjoyable. Thank you so much, Alicia

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Surprising glitch in the system I was very surprised that TurboTax did not provide for figuring self-employment taxes on non-employment income found on Form 1099-NEC. This same type of Director's Fees in past years automatically went to Schedule SE, but this year I had to force the system. The law has not changed in how the IRS characterizes such income so I am surprised that your software did not pick it up.
