I like it's interactive features and the ability to speak with someone live if I have any questions regarding the tax forms, language or laws. It is very easy to use and understand. You can always click on help for a further explanation or example as needed. I feel like I always get my money's worth.

I did not like that I had to delete my whole return because I clicked on a premium package by mistake. That mistake cost me some valuable time because I had to go back through and reenter everything.
