Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax Loves Hidden Fees Forced into paying almost 250$ for a basic tax return. Forced into paying for TurboTax Premium. The associate I spoke with to see how this could be amended couldn't help anything besides a 20% coupon for payments I shouldn't need to make in the first place. '0$ to file' is bologna. Definitely going to try a different tax service that doesn't do cloak-and-dagger tactics.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Suggestions for change There should be some way to separate the actual return from all the associated worksheets so they are not mixed together in the printed return. And it would be nice to suggest an update every time the program is opened. I tried to electronically file but it failed because I had not updated teh software. I think that's an unfortunate change in procedure.
