Rated 3 out of 5 by from Three Stars and Falling All the up selling is unnecessary. I declined the premium services early in the process, no need to keep asking me over and over again if I want them. I already said no. Maybe one more chance at the end to upgrade would have been tolerable, but it’s just annoying. I’m paying for a service, I don’t need to be pestered. Also, why is getting your refund in the old fashion way, of just letting it hit my bank account when the government send it, the HARDEST option to find. Again, I feel like Turbo Tax is trying to take advantage of me for their own gain, not a feeling I enjoy when I’m trusting a company with such sensitive information. Honestly if all the info wasn’t already in the system, or if I felt I could trust another company more, I would look elsewhere. At some point one of your competitors is going to offer a good clean system where you don’t feel pestered for extra money or that I might be tricked into something I don’t want if I don’t pay attention to make sure that I just click the plain old “direct deposit” option. Clean it up and it’ll be 5 stars, but I have little hope it gets better. Definitely seems worse than it was last year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super easy, efficient and awesome! I had to call in and chat with one of the experts because one of my medical forms was incorrect. They explained what needed to be done and I was able to get it resolved pretty quickly. Very grateful for there help and I had another expert walk me through fixing the error once I received the proper forms.

Although I did not always understand the information given, I really appreciate the wealth of information provided & the ease of obtaining it. The ease of going through both the federal & state products was very productive & made the chore of having to do taxes in general that much more enjoyable. Thanks!
