Rated 3 out of 5 by from update on Georgia return was disaster! Things went well until you updated the Georgia return and I was directed to unnecessary forms that were irrelevant to my tax return. I called the help desk and they couldn't figure out how to solve my problem. As a result, what should have been a click to e-file, took several hours and I finally had to just send my return in by mail. Hope they accept it!

They offer an easy to use format that almost ANYONE could use. i have recomennded turbo tax to many people and have used their format to file for many years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Thank you Went well...I would suggest charity deductions come with a heads up that max is 300 as I spent a lot of time and effort entering many that went way over that and I could have cut it shorter.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Super Tool with One Flaw For some reason, TT did not handle the Social Security benefit payments correctly on the NYS form. It failed to pick up the correct Federal number, yet placed a number larger than zero in the NYS column. First time I've encountered a bug in the code. Otherwise, the software is a lifesaver!
