We asked for the live support. Anna helped me and troubleshoot all the problems and got it fixed so I can file my taxes electronically. I can't thank her enough.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from update on Georgia return was disaster! Things went well until you updated the Georgia return and I was directed to unnecessary forms that were irrelevant to my tax return. I called the help desk and they couldn't figure out how to solve my problem. As a result, what should have been a click to e-file, took several hours and I finally had to just send my return in by mail. Hope they accept it!
