Bought and sold homes, retired and moved to a different state and Turbo tax guided us through the ins and outs to help us claim what we needed and give us the tax breaks we were eligible for. It was fast, easy and the information given when questions arose was so helpful.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Customer Service This was my first year having so much difficulty with Turbo Tax. The Help center is outdated and does not align with the updated software. Any time I have questions, I can rely on the help center. This year I was not afforded that and had to speak to people over the phone. Both of the women that I spoke with her impatient and condescending in their tones. I tried to chuck it up to them being irritated or annoyed (customer service jobs are trash, i get it.) I thanked them for their help but was incredibly annoyed at the way I was being spoken too. I hope next year is better.
