This year i had a little issue, and i am not sure if it was me or the taxes themselves, but i did have to call in for live help. It was a simple fix, and finally was able to get the taxes filed. Yes, i had to pay extra, but it saved me from the stress of trying to figure out what was going on. I would use the live help option again if i had to.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Hate that you assume the man is doing the return. I have used TT for decades. I am the wife, and I loathe that you assume only men do taxes. I hate that you call me Joseph. Joseph has never done taxes using your product. It is sexist and misogynistic.
