Rated 3 out of 5 by from turbo tax is okay The is more room for improvement for live turbo tax. Experts were not very helpful . They should provide more guide through filing taxes rather than just suggestions.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall a great product with some issues The main issue we had this year when using this product is poor wording of some of the questions. For example, I was sent a PIN but the question asked something to the effect of [have you been the victim of identity theft AND been issued a PIN from the government] There were a couple of other instances of wording issues like this which would force you to lie in order to put in the correct information. For further clarification, I have not had any identity theft issues, but was issued a PIN. It would be an easy work around to just put "and/or" or something to that effect, rather than force a choice that is not a proper fit.
