Rated 3 out of 5 by from Pricey Fees I've used TurboTax for 5 years now, but I've noticed it has become more expensive. It's easy to use and user friendly but I think it's ridiculous that there's a fee for paying fees with your refund.

My daughter had been using it for over 9 years and a co-worker stated that he had been using it for 7 years. The process was easy enough( I made some faux paus but it was relatively simple. Thank you Turbo Tax

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very User Friendly My overall experience using the current version of TurboTax was very good. It guided me through all of the areas needed to complete my federal and state returns. I only have on issue: I had a number of stock transactions during the year and therefore bought the Premier version. The packaging said that it included "Additional help" for investments. It was about $20 more than the Deluxe version, which includes one state download. However, it was not clear that I needed to spend the extra money since it's likely that the Deluxe version would have handled my straightforward 1099-B transactions.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbotax is easy and user friendly First time doing my own taxes in years. The annual Tax prep fees were getting outrageous. The process and forms were easy to follow and the 'help' tips made understanding the questions were so helpful. We'll use it again next year!
