Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax Makes My Tax Filling Easy Honestly, Turbotax made my life easy. It is easy, convenient, and user-friendly - answering questions and TTax will prepare things for you. I have been using this electronic software for more than a decade.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fairly easy to use.. I'm not a math or tax wiz and, frankly, hate math. That having been said, I've used TurboTax for a number of years now with both more complicated and simpler returns and find it a time and money saver at tax time.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from State files with Override Turbo Tax is a great help but when there is an issue it is tough to get help. In the State ofg MD $15000 of military retirement can be subtracted from income. TurboTax would not let me enter anything in line "U" of the subtracts for military retirement because it was looking for something (never could figure it out" on my MD info worksheet that has not military entry for "Military retired" Needed to use the override. Not sure how many years I missed this subtraction.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Hidden Fees When turbotax popped up with the message that said I had to pay since my situations was uncommon, it said it was $59. With that information, I checked around for other tax assistance, Everything I found was around $80 to $100, so I went ahead with turbotax. Wrong choice, The total charge was $122. The price was literally doubled and they hide it in small print just to get your money and make it nearly impossible to find where to ask for a refund.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Has A Problem With Forms I spent a lot of time trying to put my information from my 1099-NEC form into the Turbo Tax software. Turbo Tax treated the info as a side job. I needed the information to be listed as royalties. Then the software kept showing me what was wrong but really didn't offer any help to fix the problem they kept showing me the problem. I still got the income listed in my tax return.
