I needed to change the amount applied from 2020 and just accidently stumbled across the information after having read pages of questions and answers. Also tried calling but that just added another 10 minutes of waiting.

Spent a half an hour with Harry who ended just as frustrated as I was and need to be transferred to a CPA. Michelle found the problem in about 15 or 20 minutes and fixed it. Next year I'll think about alternatives to this. I've used Turbotax for many years and although prices are going up everywhere, this seems too expensive. ds
