Rated 5 out of 5 by from turbotax is the best way to go for filing taxes I always go through Turbo Tax to file. they are very precise about each detail to help with a better tax return. If words are there that are not understanding it will always be broke down to understand the best steps to take.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I think previous years' TAX input method was bette First: I DO RECOMMEND TURBOTAX above all the rest. This year, I was not as happy as previous years. I will continue to press INTUIT to offer a tax reporting platform geared towards (1) active traders, (2) complex options trading strategy, (3) complex and sophisticated real estate investment processes, and (4) other exotic investment strategies not mentioned here. But still, it's a great platform above all the rest.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to use, with only one minor glitch All was well until the final review of the state tax return, when I got a message saying that my pension should not have been listed where it was. Odd, since TT filled out the form, not I. It highlighted the number but didn't tell me what to do. I had to live chat with a very competent and lovely customer service rep who told me exactly what to do, and who stayed with me while I checked to see if the correction had gone through. All was well!
