Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best tax prep product available! I tested a few different tax prep software options before filing and turbotax was the most user friendly. Turbotax also asked additional questions to see if there was unknown tax benefits I could qualify for.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbotax is awful--very unfriendly We are handicapped senior citizens with major health issues. We completed our taxes this weekend and need to efile--only to be told by Turbotax that we cannot do that--we do not have the means to print and file--it is after 6 p.m. on Monday and we are in dire straits. We are VERY disappointed with your system and lack of information in advance.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Almost perfect I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years. Love it. However, this year I noticed a problem because of form 7203 the US just added. Had to look for it and then Turbo only printed one of the two that I had.

TurboTax does a great job of guiding my through the various questions that need to be answered. If I don't understand, or I need an explanation, it will give me more information. The program is very thorough.
