Rated 1 out of 5 by from pricing is outrages Nothing changed except for the amount that I paid to federal and I was forced by turbo tax to pay a total of $107 for federal and state. I will not be using turbo tax next year

They walk you through the steps so that a complicated process becomes simple and step by step so you don't become overwhelmed. Previous data is reused automatically by the software so that you don't have to reinput information in new forms along the way thus saving you time.

I wouldn't have been able to accomplish same without "Turbo Tax" assistance! I appreciate very much your ability to walk me through this procedure. As a relative newbie to DIY I am duly impressed! I would gladly recommend your service to any of my friends and associates. Thanks again and if I am still around next year I will certainly call upon you for assistance.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Glad I came back to Turbo Tax I have used Turbo Tax in the past and I have always been happy with it but I switched to another service for a few years. I wasnt getting the results I wanted so I came back to Turbo Tax this year and I am glad I did! Everything was super easy to use, had fast easy options for the things I didnt understand or needed help with. i found all the frequent Q&A answers very helpful and easy to understand. I will be returning to use Turbo Tax next year for sure!
