Rated 2 out of 5 by from endless loop of same questions for my 1099 misc OMG!!! so frustrating. I have a tiny amount of mineral rights income from another state. every year i get into the endless loop of questions that don't apply and there is no answer you can give to satisfy the system.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax got the job Done I was going to pay a tax preparer $300 to do my taxes. I did my own taxes through turbo and got back the same amount that I was going to get with the preparer. Turbo Tax saved me money and got the job done quick and efficient. Thanks Turbo!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Thumbs down from an experienced TurboTax user I've been using TurboTax for more than 10 years. I almost quit this year. Downloading 1099 info was disastrous. And TurboTax doesn't use year-to-year logic, like, "You had a 1099 from Bank of America last year, why don't you this year?" TurboTax's efforts to sell me its various products and upgrades is bothersome. That said, I was able to fight my way through and get my return submitted. But if next year's TurboTax experience is as unpleasant as this year's, I'm off to a competitive product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Thankful for Turbo tax The tax assistant who initially helped me was wonderful, Amy made me feel like I was talking to a friend. My tax expert Caroline B. was amazing and helped me find an error that was done in my 2021 return. She helped me amend the return. I had a very frustrating time trying to reconnect with her because she had to go out of full service to help me do the amendment. Everyone who made attempts to help me reconnect with Caroline B. were amazing and patient also. I think Turbo Tax should find an easier way to communicate with and locate a tax expert for a customer, especially in a situation like mine. What would have been done in a few hours ended up being days because of this. All in all, I am and have been very happy with my experience using Turbo Tax for many years now.
