Rated 5 out of 5 by from so convenient and easy Last year, I thought I owed a LOT, but got on the phone with the live expert and she pointed out real fast where I had gone wrong, and I got a little refund instead! This year, I did not make the same mistake, and it all went smoothly.

But jeeze you guys keep finding a reason to charge me more and more every year. I remember when I could just use the free version but now there's always at least two reasons why I have to use premium and some other add on.

The prosses was very easy and there were helpful inquiries at every step in the prosses. All of my questions on what I could apply to my specific circumstances were answered some times before I even knew to ask.
