Rated 1 out of 5 by from No longer impressed I have used Turbo Tax for years and have finally decided to move on next year to a more established provider. I am unhappy with the advertisement upgrades that you are consistently needed to avenue through. I also do not feel happy that I have to upgrade to a higher payment version just to finish my taxes after spending the amount of time I just did to get to that point. Very disappointed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is super okay It was a super-okay experience. My taxes were filed, it was cheap, it was quick. One too many ads in between parts of the return. If I say no, I'm not going to change my mind in the middle of trying to do my taxes on the last day before the government decides I owe them even more money for simply existing in this country. Praise God for taxes and the silly things they use them for.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbotax was confused My various 1099-R files did not upload correctly, and toward the end I had many errors as the software wanted me to input info for a 1099-R that was submitted last year, but this year I did not receive any income from that account, and I felt I was going in circles.
