Rated 1 out of 5 by from Surprise Another Fee!! After asking me a million times if I want to upgrade, you then tell me I have to upgrade. Then you tack on another fee and another fee an all of a sudden I am paying $180 for your "free service" just to get back a few dollars on my taxes.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from First time user I am a first time user. I was recommended to use the "free" service. To be able to receive all of your all of your deductibles and credits, you will have to pay more. If you have a dependent, you will have to upgrade your package. It seems as though I had no choice, but to choose multiple packages to receive my full refund and it ended up being deducted from my refund either way. Also, at the end, to e-file, there is an additional cost.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Charged more than I was quoted I was quoted $40 but somehow charged $140... I paid through paypal and it didn't show the final total. I thought after I approved the transaction in paypal that it would bring me back to TurboTax to finalize, but it finalized through paypal and then told me the final fee after. Wasn't pleased to spend almost the amount I got back in taxes...

Rated 4 out of 5 by from generally works I have used it for several years. Works well, except for a few quirks. Wished the electronic filing worked - this is second company 1065 I filed and neither could be filed electronically.
