Rated 3 out of 5 by from Options Investing This year I had to account for options trading I did in 2022. The program only talks about if I bought options. But I sell options. This is different from buying them and then selling them like stocks. There was no help on this front and it was killing me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from WOW why didn't i do this before?! with two states and four employers filing jointly with reciprocity confusion i decided it was time to use the full service option. While i had the most expenses i've ever had, this was the biggest refund i've ever had. After two hours, we got it done! Gilles my rep was 10/10. I will be using this service next year.

After going through again, it seemed something was still off. I decided to use Live Expert to figure out what was up and Keri helped solve the problem I was having and even got me more money through something I hadn't done properly. She was super informative and helpful through this process.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax used to be less cumbersome I've been using TurboTax for over 20 years. I think the application's become more cumbersome and wordy compared to the previous years. Additionally the Deluxe version now charges for state. It's still my go to and does the job but used to be a whole lot less of a headache.
