Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax is good. TurboTax is really simple and easy for people with simple tax filing! Its very educational and helpful when it comes to filing your first couple of times. I will say I did have an issue this time around. I opted to pay for the TubroDeluxe. It advertises as "$39" but its twice as much. Not too big of a deal but as I got through that it asked me for the same payment it previously charged me for which was very confusing. So I am not sure if I actually applied the "deluxe" package to my filing. Its suppose to help with additional deduction and credits but at the end my refund did not change and there wasn't an explanation. But AGAIN TurboTax is incredibly helpful for beginners with basic tax things.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Last year was mess. I hope it won't be mess this y Last year's our refund supposed to be $2000 but we got only $100. I contacted customer center but they didn't explain well. It makes me so mad. I hope we will get correct amount this year.
