Rated 3 out of 5 by from still too many glitches i am slowly getting better at this after using turbotax for how many years: 8? plus turbotax seems to be improving, but still a long way to go. it would be another full-time job trying to list and clearly explain all the potential glitches in the turbotax premium almost user-friendly software. i keep hearing about artificial intelligence, but when will i actually see it being used?

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Pricey For this tax year, 2022, Turbo tax has created new pages to click through with a whole bunch of junk that is even needed. I had a whopping $500 return this tax season and they took about half of it. its very odd. I'll be switching to a different tax site next year.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Watch what they charge you at checkout Started out as $39.00, then went to $89.00 when I had a capital loss carryover, and ended up as $119.00 at checkout for no reason I can discern. They keep asking you to upgrade, and even when you say "no", your price at the end may remain a mystery. Phone support was helpful, but had no idea where the $119 charge came from. Will have a local tax person do it next year --will not cost me much more than I paid this year.

However, I utilized the tax professional feature on their website and both people I spoke to were SO helpful. They helped me to feel confident in my return and confident throughout the entire process. I will be using Turbotax forever!
