The premium levels have been indespensable for providing me with excellent guidance when dealing with some complicated taxes after the death of my father, inheriting his property and estate. Also, having all my assets and investments with one company makes filing super easy.

I decided to work with TurboTax because last year my privately hired CPA made a serious error on my return that could have cost me over 2000 dollars. I decided to trust in the guarantee that TurboTax provides. I am very satisfied with the customer service and attention on my case. The only issue I had was the call kept getting dropped but otherwise the service was fantastic.
