Rated 4 out of 5 by from Better than ever! Turbo tax seems to get more straight forward and easier to use every year and that was my experience with 2020. I do wish they would enable alpha listing of charitable donations. It would make it easier to track DC onations.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Payment Bug needs to be fixed immediately I use Turbo Tax every year and this is the first time I've experienced the issue in which the system would just hang at the payment screen. Customer service is absolutely useless. Long waiting times. When I got through, I had an agent ask me to hold for one or two minutes... 28 minutes later, the call dropped and I had to start all over again. I had to Google the issue and figure it out. Intuit - Get your act together. This is unacceptable. Anyway the issue was that the Zip Code under "My info" was the long from nine digit number instead of the short form 5 digit number for my card. Change this to 5 digits and it went through. At the very least have your devs update the website to alert the user to the issue so they know how to fix it. Lord forbid that a user actually needs to use Intuit's crap customer service!!! If this happens again, I'm exploring the competition. 2 hours of my Sunday wasted on this nonsense!
