Rated 4 out of 5 by from Retiree Filing Taxes Overall process fairly simple, although couple of things were slightly confusing. I cannot stress this enough. I feel the 'timed race option' to complete ones taxes is a horrible idea. Completing one taxes is something that requires accuracy and attention to the task at hand, not a timer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Customer Service Rep My experience was amazing this time around thanks to the wonderful lady I was talking to helping me through this when I was having problems. She helped me fix and edit things I wasn't sure about and was a great help.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing service! I have tried several different services in the last 15 years. I have given each service several years work to get to know them. It has been terrible! The last few have requested me to fill out a booklet with all of the information, upload, supporting documents, and then, when they are done, they have emailed that I can pick them up. I have had to beg for someone to talk to me. This was the first year, trying the full service, TurboTax, first year trying TurboTax in general. Our taxes are complicated. My Turbotax accountant Renzi, was amazing. I loved the one on one care. Was unprepared for the amount of attention and importance she placed on taking care of me. She did a fantastic job and I hope to be able to have her do my taxes through TurboTax next year.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Trouble with Turbo Tax ALWAYS seem to have problems downloading. The tax return and the extra state. Cannot seem to make correction for Charge cards. Some data still incorrect. Your Staff is easily confused! Have to explain problems 4 or 5 times. Proper English appears to be a problem. Spend 2 to 3 hours trying to solve problems.
