Rated 2 out of 5 by from I was frustrated by a Discount Email offer I have used turbo tax for many years and have been mostly happy. The price has been getting higher though. I was excited by a 20% discount offer I received via email, and was excited to complete and file. But there was no Service or discount code in the email and after talking with a Turbo Tax Representative they could not help get the discount or tell me if the price I was seeing was already discounted. So that is really gas lighting your loyal customers.
