Rated 2 out of 5 by from Most frustrating year ever I have used TurboTax in some form since 2005. This year was awful. I kept getting things kicked back, and while using the app the only payment choices are Apple pay or paying with your return, which is an extra $39. I should not have to be forced to use Apple pay on the app! I also should not have to skip endless "upgrade" options and be forced to review information every single time I go into a section in the same session. More expensive than ever this year and instead of being easier to use it was more difficult. I couldn't find answers to my questions in the app, but a quick google search gave me solid answers for free, so what am I paying extra for? So disappointing! For the first time ever I am considering switching to a competitor for my 2023 taxes.

I chatted with Kristina, who helped me when I accidentally added something complicated to my return that didn't need to be added to help me deduct it and continue on with my return. Overall I would use it again.
