Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax was almost amazing Turbo Tax was great with the exception of charging to upgrade to a deluxe version for a rebate that I already had paperwork for. So I was entitled for the extra money just for having the form but they required me to upgrade to get.. So the extra money I got went to them just for me entering in the numbers on the form and they did nothing other than processing what I put in. I feel that is a rip off.

If you have never used TurboTax I Highly recommend you start. I also always get so much money back it's amazing and the process is so fast. Thank You, TurboTax for another quick and easy tax year!

Turbo tax has a lot of other features that other filing websites/companies dont have. I recommend using turbo tax if you want a smooth and triamphant outcome.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Losing Stars. Losing Enthusiasm. Product design has eroded over the years. Three distracting sales come-ons during filing. Fails to auto-populate info entered elsewhere (home state) when walking you down a road to nowhere on deductions not even legal in said state. Seemingly purposely inconsistent manual entry requirements designed to shuffle you to $$$ paid expert intervention. You're about to lose a customer.
