I'm very impressed with how this platform took an intricate and complex process and made it simple and useable. The support was much appreciated and reassuring. Super great platform!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from First time I was disappointed in 19 years of usage Allowed me to submit returns without my PIN when my identity was stolen in 2014. I was unable to review return, and had to take take it on faith that it worked properly. Prior to that, I thought the process went well, and I have used for 19 years.

I always use turbo tax but it is clear the software is more user friendly, and this is why I like it and rely on turbo tax for filing. Try it two consecutive years and you will see for yourself. Experience is the best way to know. Good Luck!
