Rated 4 out of 5 by from Simple Platform to use I have been using this platform for about 6-8 years and for me, the process has been simple to use as my taxes are not in depth. I can't speak for those that itemize. New features are added each year to use as tools for completing and getting your return and the live help, while sometimes difficult to get your questions across, is a huge help. Will continue to use in future returns.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good overall Generally good, but often you get stuck in endless loops of 'computer says "no"' regardless of what you enter (e.g. foreign interest doesn't require a FEIN# - but the upon review it does, and form 8939 requires locators for entries - even if they're all zero!).
