Used the audit defense a couple of years ago and they helped greatly with the IRS by explaining my returns to them and saving me fees I would have otherwise had to pay.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is too pricey Turbo Tax is easy to use; however, it is too pricey now. You can get your taxes done a lot cheaper through other services. The only advantage is historical data. I wouldn't use them today if they didn't have my history to prepare current tax filing,
