I've filed on my own for years with TurboTax, and while it's always been a smooth experience, I hit some bumps this year when our tax situation became more complicated. I finally decided to pull the trigger on Full Service and couldn't have been more happy. We got matched with an incredible tax professional in Charles, and the problem I had spent hours trying to fix on my own was taken care of, seamlessly, without any work on my end beyond sending the requisite forms. The service is worth every penny and I will definitely be using it again in the future.
