Rated 2 out of 5 by from Will be finding another way to file Have used turbotax for all of my tax returns, but will be looking for another way next tax season. Disappointed that the free option was done away with, and then to find out I had to pay $40 not once but three times.

The software walk-through was very informative and helpful. It gave me confidence in doing my taxes, especially owning my own business. I definitely will do this next year.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Doing Simple Returns is Well Worth the Service I have simplified my assets and felt I did not need a CPA to type in numbers on a form. With turbo tax they asked the questions needed to figure out my deductions and income. I had one question regarding pension income and the CHAT was not able to answer it. I had to google the answer before completing my return.
