Rated 1 out of 5 by from Designated Partnership Representative TurboTax has a bug related to the Designated Partnership Representative. If the Designated Representative is an entity such as Trust, TurboTax requires a Representative for the Trust, but then it errors out. If the person is not the Trust, it's an error. If the representative is the Trust it errors out. No way to get around this. And TurboTax support person couldn't figure this out, couldn't get around the problem. This prevented e-filing or even print filing.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Expensive and Experience could be better I have been using your services for several years and this year was the worst experience to date. You pushed Max Benefits, which I declined, however when trying to file my returns I went through an experience to get my Identity security setup with Max Benefits when I had not purchased that package because it was too expensive. The experience was poor too because I had to decline twice before it would let me pass through that mistake instead of giving me the option to continue with out agreeing to the identity theft protection.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Thorough and surprisingly easy This is my first year having to file business taxes and I was so nervous to get it right that I procrastinated for several weeks. When I finally did it, I found Turbo Tax Home & Business to be as helpful as the standard Turbo Tax. It asks section questions and all the relevant follow-ups the same way personal Turbo Tax does. It asks all of the questions you're used to, with added questions pertinent to your business. I said yes to all the sections, so I'd be sure I wouldn't miss anything. It takes a few minutes longer, but it's thorough, so you'll know you covered all the bases. I moved last year and it even asked about that and the follow-up questions for both states. Then, it filed the same way the personal version files. I found it to be pretty easy and not worth all the worry and procrastination. I recommend this filing method if you plan on filing your own taxes. You'll rest easy knowing it's correct.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from State Return Took More Than Ten Attempts to E-FIle TurboTax software had a glitch that prevented filing but we weren't told. Instead we got error after error. Finally told the software would work on March 2, but this was delayed until March 9. No warnings, but must call and work way through the voice system to get to someone that may know there is a bug. Awful this year.
