Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Great to work with for the most part Everything was good, but some changes made some things more difficult. When it was checking for error, I went back to check the item and it was correct, but I had to reenter the information on that page before it would go on to the next page. Also, I did not find a place to save my taxes to a pdf file.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fast & Easy My experience was amazing. Turbo Tax online tax filing process is fast and easy. I am confident that my refund is accurate. I also received an additional tax credit that I wasn't expecting. What a surprise! I am extremely happy and will definitely use Turbo Tax services in the near future.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Getting too expensive for me to use Seems like I have to do most of the work and input info. Why so expensive. I am retired and was shocked at this years charge. Be better off using some other way next year. Also not happy check has to be direct deposited because amount taken out of return. Huge disappointment using turbotax - would not recommend if anyone cares.
