Rated 2 out of 5 by from primitive, lacks capability to download financials I use TT Business for Trust's returns, and TT Premier for personal. The Business software lacks the simple capability to download financial data from brokerage. Frankly, if NY State did not require e-filing, I would never buy this program. TT Premier is much better. Kinks and glitches in Premier are mostly worked out. The TT Business software feels like it is incomplete.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I wish Turbo Tax understood option writing. I am currently trying to download my info to no avail, also you need help to cover writing calls. Every year you system does not know how to handle covered call writing. I probally will go to another service next year if this problem is fixed.

I find the software reliable and mostly easy to use, though there are some sections which are not always clear and self-evident for those of us not savvy about the U.S. tax code. However, I have been able to find the information I need if I hunt around a bit.

He was kind and patient, and I will definitely be back next year when tax time is upon us. The process was easy and simple and the process finished much quicker than last year. All in all, a stellar experience, AMAZING representatives, and easy process. Thank you, TurboTax!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Have always loved TT I had always used Turbo Tax but In 2021 I had a complicated return and used Turbo Tax but got cold feet and went to a CPA instead. The numbers came out the same. I will always trust Turbo Tax from now on.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not Happy This Year I was not happy after completing my return to find out that I needed to upgrade from Turbo Tax Deluxe to Premium. Reason given - sold stock, bonds or mutual funds. There were 2 partial shares of a stock that made $1. For that I was charged $185.88 versus around $60.
