Rated 3 out of 5 by from PROGRAM FINE BUT UPDATES ARE TERRIBLE I'VE USED TT FOR YEARS BUT THIS YEAR THE UPDATES WERE CORRUPTED SOMEHOW SO I HAD TO DO A MANUAL UPDATE WHICH STILL DID NOT CURE THE PROBLEM BUT ALLOWED ME TO FILE. VERY SCAREY. WHEN STUFF GOES WRONG WITH TURBO TAX, GETTING HELP IS A NIGHTMARE.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First Time User I liked that someone asked me about my taxes and compiled all the information for me to input the information based off what I stated. It is very user friendly and I also like that I can pay fees from tax return. I thought I had a more complex tax return this year with all forms it was easier than I thought. I also liked that I could text chat or get a phone call from a live tax specialist. I would advise that you have all of your information, forms handy to make the process quicker for you. I had all of my forms ready to go. I will definitely use again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Federal is good but CA state return is bad Federal part is good. When I am asked a question, it generally offers me enough instructions to find the answer, like which line on which form in my previous year tax. But this is not the case for CA state return. I was asked questions that I have little clue and I had to guess what to fill in. And the answers did affect my final return number! That's horrible!
