Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful Job by TurboTax! I just had another terrific experience with TurboTax. My representative was extremely knowledgeable and finished the return in a very satisfactory timeframe. He was very easy to work with and looked out for all of my interests.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Does the job! Overall experience good...have used Turbotax for 20 years. One issue re: reporting zero tax due in Mass on State pensions had poor directions. Instructions not clear. Forced me to hire Tax Expert from TT..first expert not convincing that she knew correct info....but quickly referred me to a Mass Tax Expert, when I requested. 2nd Expert clearly knew the answer!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Crypto Savior Without Turbo Taxes Software and ability to connect to coin tracker, doing my taxes would have been impossible. Turbo Taxes integrated filing software made me feel confident and taught me as I went along.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Issue with the IRS definition of a dependent I have been a Turbo Tax user for more than 10 years because. I've never had any issues with it which is why I have continued to use it. However this year my return was initially rejected due to a dependent I claimed. To keep this short, I had to search on the IRS site to get their rules for who I could or could not claim as a dependent. In my case, her age was why I could not claim her even though she met all of the other conditions. Turbo Tax should have caught this up front as date of birth is one of the data items I had to provide.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is still good Overall, I like to use Turbo Tax. This time I had difficulty with two items. I requested a call back a total of three times because I received no return call the first two times. The woman who helped me today was awesome.
