On several occasions, the software seemed to get in an endless loop of asking the same series of questions over and over again. I also had a major problem importing my taxes from last year. My name was not even correct!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Pleased with Turbotax Premier 2021 Very pleased with Turbotax in completing my 2021 returns right at deadline. It imported prior year's data to ensure everything gets captured, and everything went well in my preparation of my returns.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax was a struggle this year After purchasing Deluxe I found it wasn't going to do what was needed. There should be an easy way to upgrade without having to purchase a new product at full price. Then uninstalling didn't work as it should have and installing Premiere only resulting in Deluxe continuing to be active. Then, on top of all that, when I needed to pay using multiple credit cards there wasn't an option to do so. I have used Turbo Tax for at least 10 years. This year was excruciating!
