Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use and comprehensive I have used TurboTax for many years, and although my return is not super complicated, I do have two rental properties and some investment income, so it's not a simple return. But TT walks me through every little thing that I need to address on my return, ensuring that I am compliant in every way, and also ensuring I receive the biggest (legal) refund possible (or paying the least amount of taxes possible). And whenever I have a question or problem, there are many reference resources built-in to the program, plus helpful agents and an active user community that shares ideas and solutions. I highly recommend it.

This is my third year using the service and I will continue to use it for future filings as well. The agents are very helpful, courteous, and very quick with completing the returns. Full Service is an excellent product.
