Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax listens I have done my taxes with TurboTax for well over a decade. I have always had a fantastic experience with TurboTax until last year (2019 taxes), when they made some changes that I found to be annoying and much less user-friendly. Due to these unpleasant changes, I gave a scathing review last year--I'm sure that I wasn't the only one. However, I have to give TurboTax props for listening to customer feedback! I just completed my taxes for 2020, and TurboTax has amended absolutely every change that I didn't like from last year! TurboTax is back to being extremely user-friendly, and I have 100% confidence in my taxes again this year. There have been so many drastic changes to the tax code in the past few years, and I appreciate the way that TurboTax walks me through the whole process, and offers explanations in layman's terms for anything that I don't understand. TurboTax, thank you for listening, you will continue to have our business for years to come!
