Rated 5 out of 5 by from 2021 Taxes Being able to call and speak to a tax expert while I was in the process of completing my taxes was very helpful! If it was not for the tax expert I really would have messed up my taxes. I have been using this system for 3 years now and I continue to be impressed with the upgrades and features you have.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It is my go to. I know with "Pandemic 19" things have changed and so have pricing. The help or more info pop-ups have improved! I felt I was being taken all over the place this year, for example check 2019's tax return ,check 2020's, it was just a lot of extra steps.. I can for sure say 2020 and 2019's tax return has given me the most weary feeling since I first filed my taxes on my own in 2013 with Turbotax!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Gets the job done Gets the job done. i just wish i was able to change my turbotax live self-employed to regular self employed due t me only using it once and i talked to a bot at that. Oh well i still got my maximum refund so i am pleased
