Rated 4 out of 5 by from There Was a Problem This Year I've been using TurboTax since 1996 on my PCs. This is the first year that there was a glitch electronically filing my return. My first filings were rejected by Federal and state agencies. The reason given was a problem with "inherited IRAs". However, I've never inherited an IRA. Intuit never explained what happened, but within a week a software update apparently solved the problem (with TurboTax? with the IRS?) and my second electronic filings were accepted. I would have liked Intuit to have provided more feedback on the problem. I plan to continue using TurboTax in future years.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from The first time I've been disappointed I have used this product for many years and loved it. This year I had trouble entering information and having it save. It is also the first time my returns were rejected - even after the information was reviewed by the program. My Federal return was accepted but my state return hung in limbo for almost two weeks. I found I wasn't alone in this. When I checked with my state, they show no record of the return being received. - also a first.
