Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple and easy Er... Hi. I'm a real person. lol I've been using turbotax for four or five years now, and I really appreciate how simple it makes doing my taxes. My taxes are pretty straightforward, I don't own a business or anything like that. I can't speak for people with more complicated tax returns, but for me, turbotax is perfect. It makes sure I didn't miss anything, and tells me where to find the information I need. Super simple, even a millennial like me can use it! lol

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very user friendly and staff is extremely helpful I have always been able to navigate Turbo Tax, but this year I had a complicated tax question and their tax expert came on and walked me through it. I do feel the fee seems to go up each year but it does stop me from coming back.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is troublesom My computer died from last year and I could not locate my tax records. when trying to contact Turbotax it seems I have 3 different accounts, even though I have been filing my taxes with turbotax for years. It was a pain to get my AGI for 2019.
