When I am asked a question, it generally offers me enough instructions to find the answer, like which line on which form in my previous year tax. But this is not the case for CA state return. I was asked questions that I have little clue and I had to guess what to fill in. And the answers did affect my final return number! That's horrible!

I had an appointment with a tax expert and I got the call right on time and all my questions were answered. I would definitely recommend it!
