Rated 1 out of 5 by from Surprised to see 2019 return was not e-filed Attempted to e-file this years return, and it was rejected only to discover the IRS did not receive my 2019 return I e-filed with Turbo Tax. Turbo Tax Tax "Pro" gave me some DCN number to give to the IRS. Um, yeah, try getting ahold of any live human at the IRS. Good luck.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use and thorough. My experience gets easier every year since 2006, and it was easy even then. I feel very confident in my "walk-through" tutorial. It was so smooth and understandable. I feel confident in the accuracy of all the calculations and love that it's so inexpensive. The fact that I can do it at home at my leisure with as many breaks, for as long as I need, is also a definite plus!
