Rated 1 out of 5 by from Kept forcing me to enter no relevant items The system kept getting stuck on items I said I didn't have. was forced to put in numbers for things that weren't relevant just to be able to file. Never had these issues before but had a ton of issues and kept getting harassed by this terrible system

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax Live was worse in every way TurboTax Live was worse in every way than the old TurboTax - had I known that it would take 5 working hours of my time sitting on the phone with someone who had only adequate knowledge of the system, I would have saved my time and money and filed myself. I will be warning everyone I know against this awful service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy Peezy Tax Filing I always dreaded tax time until I began using your free online tax service. Turbo Tax is a trusted company which gives me peace of mind. The app is easy to use and follow, and because I used Turbo Tax in the previous year, much of my info was saved and automatically filled in. Now, that's a time saver! Easy Peezy , filing was easy!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Much easier than H&R Block I had a lot of difficulty filing my taxes last year with H&R Block due to my marketplace health insurance. I decided to try Turbotax this year for something different and I felt that Turbotax offered more options for inputting information. Additionally, I spoke with a live tax assistant to help walk me through the process. I was surprised at how fast and easy my taxes were this year.
