Rated 4 out of 5 by from Business Taxes with Less Pain It really helps to have the continuity from year to year. That reduces the pain of tax season tremendously. However, there are still stupid little things that the software throughs back in your lap. For example "remove expired NOLs". Why? They know better than I do when NOLs expire! So, while very helpful, I'm still looking for the bullet proof solution.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great experience My experience with turbo tax was great as always. My tax expert was very knowledgeable and friendly. Even with a form being delayed Iman made sure to keep me informed which i truly appreciated.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Stupid Gamification With the Race Thing I like Turbo Tax, but I hate the stupid timer they put on it and styled it like a race. It just encouraged me to charge through my taxes, and I missed some info and had to go back and amend it. It's ultimately my responsibility, but still, feedback is feedback. Turn off the stupid race trappings.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hidden fees they don't disclose u til the end Turbo tax lies and tells your your refund is gonna be one thing then adds a ton of random fees and I will probably not be filing with you again next year

I'm familiar with the tax process but not an expert by no-means, that's why I rely on Turbo Tax. The optional features offered means that I do not have to leave my home to schedule an in-person meeting and to wonder if that person/service will be around come next tax season. Turbo Tax works for me
